Can I customise the size or colour of a product?


Yes, some items can be customised.

Please email us at support@furnavo.com before placing your order with the details of your requirements.

We will confirm availability, production time, and provide a quotation if customisation is possible.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Changes or cancellations may be requested before production begins.

Production typically starts 48 hours after an order is placed, so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may still be possible but will incur a fee depending on the order stage.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Because most Furnavo products are made to order, please allow:

  • 7–10 business days for processing and production
  • 24–30 business days for sea freight
  • 3–5 business days for port transfer
  • 3–5 business days for local delivery within Australia

Total estimated delivery time: 37–50 business days.

You will receive tracking updates by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you deliver across Australia?

Yes, we ship Australia-wide.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and destination postcode.

Please note that we do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Lockers
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Remote locations not serviced by national couriers

Can I request a specific courier or delivery time?


Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special courier requests or fixed delivery time slots.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow its delivery progress.

Do you offer installation or assembly services?

We do not provide on-site assembly.

However:

  • Many items arrive fully assembled, and
  • Products that require assembly include step-by-step instructions, and
  • Our team can guide you or recommend local professionals if needed.

What if my order arrives damaged or with missing parts?

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@furnavo.com within 7 days of delivery.

To assist you efficiently, please include:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 3 business days to resolve the issue.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns for:

  • Faulty products
  • Incorrect items
  • Damage occurring during transit

Please contact us first within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do not return items without confirmation — we will provide the correct return instructions and warehouse details.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Since many items are made-to-order, please ensure the product size, colour, and specifications meet your needs before purchasing.

Do you provide tax invoices or receipts?


Yes. A tax invoice is automatically emailed to you after checkout.

If you require your ABN, company name, or additional details added, please contact us and we will update your invoice.
